The Titanic sank in 1912. The Titanic was was approximately 2/3 of the way to its destination when it started to sink. It struck an iceburg, which caused the sinking to occur. It took two and a half hours to fully submerge. The ocean at that time was completely calm and was recorded to be at freezing temperatures. Their course was altered to a ten mile difference before hitting the iceburg.

This article is about a young girl who started a Facebook group called “Hit a Prep”. This group encouraged other teens to target people who wear certain brands of clothing, and hit them on a specific date. The spokesperson of the girl’s school division said they will talk to the girl. The page has since been taken down.

Well, the things I learned from our guest speaker Mark Yemin are many. Four to five sentences wouldn’t even give my new knowledge justice. I feel like it is such a silly concept to put a limit on how much I can talk about my learning. I learned about copyrights and what not.

Naaaaah. I’ll go see it, eventually. But I’m not one of those who bought tickets six weeks in advance, went three hours early and cried at the sight of Taylor Lautner( but he is so @$@!$ hot!) . I’ll have to see it before I form an opinion, but I think it’s just made into a deal far too big.

In addition to cyber crime, there is also “computer-supported crime” which covers the use of computers by criminals for communication and document or data storage.
For example, one time data thieves broke into computers at supermarket chains Hannaford Brothers and Sweetbay, stealing an estimated 4.2 million credit and debit card numbers.
